NO COMPANY IS THE SAME
Employees and companies often struggle to balance family and business. Many employees, not just women, are leaving the workforce or are changing jobs more frequently in order to find a better balance. This results in more retention problems and very high cost for companies.
Let's be realistic - no company is the same and there isn't just one way to support employees in achieving a healthy and sustainable work-family-balance in order for the company itself to profit from stronger employee retention and happier, committed employees resulting in much higher and more stable revenue.

With this in mind, I personally am not a fan of "standardized solutions", but rather approach each consultation by firstly analyzing current processes and habits around work-family-balance of each company individually. With a background in business analysis and process optimization, I use the same approach as I did with any IT project or requirements from previous stakeholders in TelCo's AI projects. As a certified family career consultant, I can help both parties involved to find a balance that makes both happy.
